做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
