做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块(kuài )在锅上(shàng )擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼(yú ),煎(jiān )至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入(rù )煎煮(zhǔ )好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火(huǒ )煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
