做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
