做法:春笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
