做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
