做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
