做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。 -
