做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。 -
