做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮(pí )泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待(dài )油六成(chéng )热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半(bàn )小(xiǎo )时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝。 -
