做法:春笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
