做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
