做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
