做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮(huái )山和(hé )薏米。用清(qīng )水把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放(fàng )两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲(bāo )里的清水,放(fàng )入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半(bàn )小时,下盐调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
