做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
