做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
