做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量(liàng )清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
